[1] Right to most-favored-nation - the mode of economic relations between states in which one state provides another under a contract as favorable terms as those enjoyed or will enjoy in the future any third State on the territory of the former.
[2] Mate's Receipt - a document issued by the ship's administration, usually cargo mate, confirming acceptance on a particular ship the consignment to be carried, and the name of the cargo, number, markings and the destination port. In the navigator receipt shall be entered as disputes on the calculation of seats, comments on the limitations of carrier liability in case of deficiencies in the condition of the goods or their packaging. Mate's Receipt is one of the grounds for discharge bill of lading.
